This place is fantastic, pretty clean, and offers amazing value. the staff is very helpful and gave us some great recommendations. Our unit was nicely decorated and had 2 bedrooms. the location is perfect and exceptionally nice, especially for me. 😊.

Location very close to the centre of the old town, Ptuj castle and train station and town. For shots visit The Lord High Admiral, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

i loved that it was fairly clean and perfect, the staff were nice and rooms were tastefully decorated. the location of this hotel was great. you could walk to boutiques and shops. very nice restaurant served local specialities. i had an excellent stay.

It's an excellent central location, conveniently close to wine areas and the cathedral.

Despite the lack of parking, the hotel's location right in the center of the city offers convenient access to various restaurants and attractions. the spacious two-bedroom suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious. the breakfast provided was sufficient in terms of quantity, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. it was a great value for the money.

There is no official parking available at the hotel, so guests have to find street parking on their own.

Experienced the pleasant homeliness, authenticity, and hospitality of Ptuj. The traditional carnival event added to the fun. The hotel is conveniently located near swimming pools, spas, and a golf course.

They must have thought I needed the exercise, as the parking was a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

Air conditioning issue: Unfortunately, during our stay, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Given the unusually warm winter in Ptuj, it would have been appreciated if they could address this issue promptly.

I keep coming back to this hotel because the staff helped me find my way on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, parking, storage, 24-hour reception, a bar. It even has amenities like massage and skiing. I'll be returning for Christmas!

Mitra, Story Hotels provided excellent service and had a friendly and helpful staff. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, along with a large bathroom. What made the hotel even more special was the display of ancient artifacts, including one in our room. the hotel also had a wine cellar and courtyard, perfect for enjoying a drink. the location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to everything in town. And to top it off, they even offered free parking. Cons: Nothing - everything was great! 😊.

I had a great stay at this centrally located hotel in Ptuj. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in Ptuj, including the castle. The rooms were spacious, with two bedrooms, which was perfect for my needs. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options.
